Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a dishwasher role
- Knowledge of dishwashing detergents, equipment, and maintenance
- Understanding of health and safety standards
- Willingness to perform occasional maintenance tasks and assist in kitchen duties as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Efficiently wash, sanitize, and stack dishes, glassware, and utensils using industrial dishwashing equipment or by hand, including pots, pans, and other kitchen tools
- Regularly clean and maintain dishwashing equipment, ensuring it operates effectively
- Report any malfunctions or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area by regularly removing trash and recycling, sweeping, and mopping floors, and wiping down surfaces
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, dishwashing detergents, and kitchen essentials
- Inform management when supplies are running low to ensure uninterrupted operations
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and guidelines, including proper sanitation procedures, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Follow safety protocols when handling kitchen equipment and cleaning chemicals
- Work closely with other kitchen staff, servers, and management to maintain open communication and contribute to a positive work environment
- Be willing to take on additional responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management to support the needs of the restaurant during peak hours or special events
