Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to carry up to 60 pounds, placing items above and below head height
- Capacity to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift
- Ability to occasionally push and pull to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- Ability to work in variable temperature environments

Job Duties
- Use hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring sanitizer levels meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, maintaining organized kitchenware storage
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
