High school diploma or equivalent
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
physical ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks

ability to follow instructions and maintain cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

Basic understanding of kitchen safety and sanitation
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

prior experience in dishwashing or related role is a plus

Job Duties

Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment
keep dish room and equipment clean and organized
work quickly to keep up with the pace of the restaurant and team
participate in weekend and holiday shifts as required
maintain sanitation and safety standards in the dishwashing area
