Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Arrive promptly in full uniform ready to contribute
- Work collaboratively with team members to promptly address needs
- Follow proper food handling protocols and maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with food safety standards
- Assist in maintaining safety and sanitation protocols as per company guidelines
- Efficiently collect dirty dishes from both the front and back of house areas
- Ensure an uninterrupted supply of clean dishes glassware and utensils for cooks servers and bartenders
- Restock workstations for easy access by other staff members
- Provide support to cooks when necessary including occasional station responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with managers and fellow team members to ensure seamless operations
- Keep workstations organized and clean including sweeping and mopping as required
- Contribute to the overall kitchen cleanliness by managing trash disposal
- Complete any ongoing or end-of-shift side work to ensure readiness for the next shift
- Alert management of any potential concerns or issues promptly
