  • Basic literacy to read product labels and communicate job-related needs

Job Duties

  • Ensure a clean and organized dishwashing area to support kitchen operations
  • Wash dishes, utensils, kitchenware, and equipment efficiently
  • Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness including floors and work surfaces
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as assigned
  • Follow sanitation and safety protocols to uphold health standards
  • Report to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef on daily responsibilities and issues
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen workflow
