at least 1 year of related experience and/or training in a high-volume restaurant
proficiency with point-of-sale systems
must have a current San Diego County Food Handlers card, issued by the city of San Diego
reliable transportation

Job Duties

operate machine and/or hand washing stations as required
remove garbage and recycling at the end of shifts, aiding in trash audits
promptly report equipment issues, shortages, and other problems to the chef or supervisor
complete opening and closing checklists, ensuring proper kitchen closure and assisting others
maintain company and industry safety and sanitization standards consistently
contribute as a valuable team stone member by practicing open and respectful communication
assist in identifying and driving process improvements
