Job Requirements
- Prior dishwashing experience in a restaurant environment preferred
- must complete serve-safe program after hire
- ability to read and or understand labels on chemicals
- knowledge of workplace safety procedures

Job Duties
- Sorts and rinses dirty dishes glass tableware and other cooking utensils and places them in racks to send through dish machine
- sorts and stacks clean dishes
- carries clean dishes to cooks line and other proper storage areas
- rewashes soiled dishes before delivering
- changes dishwater in dish machine on routine basis
- washes pots pans and trays by hand
- removes trash and garbage to dumpster
- sets up and breaks down dishwashing area
- performs other duties related to cleanliness of kitchen as assigned
- prepares food according to standardized recipes and assist in private events on and off site
- ensures compliance with applicable health department codes
