Bloomingdale's is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Utility Person/Dishwasher to join their team. As a utility person/dishwasher, the successful candidate will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining preparation areas, which directly supports the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant. This is an hourly, flexible retail schedule position that may include weekend shifts and key event days. In this role, the utility person/dishwasher will be responsible for setting up, operating, and breaking down commercial dishwashing units, as well as washing all pots and pans as needed. Restocking and maintaining china, silver, and small-ware supplies will be part of the daily duties, alongside general cleaning of the restaurant and workstation. Additionally, the role involves daily beverage station setup, supply stocking and organization, and ensuring the kitchen is properly cleaned and closed at the end of each day. This position requires working efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking, learning new procedures quickly, and working collaboratively with team members and management.
