Specifically, Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This partnership entails managing the stadium's food and beverage programs, including concessions, suites, and premium areas during game days, concerts, special events, and other food and beverage activations. The goal is to elevate the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and a strong pride in the stadium’s reputation, helping make Raymond James Stadium one of the best venues in the NFL.
The role of Dishwasher is vital in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organization required in such a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen, food preparation equipment, and utensils, as well as washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans, either by using dishwashers or hand washing. Your efforts will ensure that work areas, equipment, and utensils remain clean and orderly throughout operations.
You will perform all opening and closing duties as directed by Chefs or Supervisors and will be responsible for washing and sanitizing all service ware, utensils, pots, and pans, storing them properly once cleaned. Additionally, cleaning kitchen equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, managing garbage and recycling duties, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment are all part of your daily functions. Strict adherence to Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines is expected, in addition to any other duties assigned as part of the team.
This full-time Stadium event position requires individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. You must have the physical capacity to perform tasks such as constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods. The ability to lift and transport food and other items of up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and to stand and walk for long periods is essential. Availability for all Stadium events, including extended hours during late nights, weekends, and holidays, is required. Safe work practices must be followed consistently, ensuring compliance with safety policies, procedures, and trainings.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to obtain food safety certification
- Able to be self-motivated and work independently or as a team player
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds

- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment is beneficial
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Familiarity with sanitation standards
- Physically able to perform required tasks
Job Duties
- Perform all opening and closing duties as directed by the chefs or supervisors
