This specific role focuses on supporting the House of Blues and Vinyl Room operations, ensuring that all kitchen-related duties surrounding cleanliness, sanitation, and organization are handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities include washing dishes, pots, pans, glasses, and utensils; maintaining trash bins and disposing of waste properly; keeping floors clean and free of all spills and obstacles; managing the cleanliness of walk-in coolers; and monitoring safety and sanitation standards. The position demands an ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and restaurant environment, maintaining rotation of all dishware and compliance with health codes. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 75 pounds using proper techniques.
The role also requires a team player attitude, willingness to assist other employees, and adherence to company policies and standards. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
- Work authorization for employment in the U.S. without visa sponsorship

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment is beneficial

Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
- Clean and maintain all trash bins
- Deposit kitchen and dish room garbage in dumpsters
- Keep floor clean, free of spills, food, and trash and other obstacles
- Daily clean walk-in cooler
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
- Ensure proper rotation of all dishes, pots, pans, storage bins, etc., including lifting up to 75 lbs.
- Maintain House of Blues and Vinyl Room safety and sanitation standards
- Organize and maintain storage of all dishware
- Assist other employees as needed
- Perform all opening and closing duties
- Comply with applicable health codes
- Adhere to all House of Blues and Vinyl Room policies
