The role offered is a vital position within Live Nation’s House of Blues and Vinyl Room operations. This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen and restaurant environment. Primary duties include washing dishes, glasses, pots, and pans; cleaning and maintaining trash bins; emptying garbage; keeping floors clean and free of hazards; daily cleaning of walk-in coolers; circulating through work areas to maintain visibility and atmosphere; rotating and storing dishware and kitchen equipment properly; and ensuring compliance with all health codes and safety standards.
This role demands strong teamwork, excellent attitude, ability to keep pace in a fast environment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Employees must be capable of lifting up to 75 lbs safely and must be physically able to work on their feet for extended periods. The successful candidate will help create an excellent experience for artists and guests alike while supporting the operational success of the venue.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Must be able to lift and move up to 75 lbs using proper techniques
- Must possess valid work authorization without employer visa sponsorship requirement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to perform opening and closing duties
- Must adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a similar fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environment a plus
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining sanitation and safety standards
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Positive attitude towards customer service and team collaboration
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc.
- Clean and maintain all trash bins
- Deposit kitchen and dish room garbage in dumpsters
- Keep floor clean, free of spills, food, trash and other obstacles
- Daily clean walk-in cooler
- Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
- Ensure proper rotation of all dishes, pots, pans, storage bins, etc., including lifting up to 75 lbs
- Maintain House of Blues and Vinyl Room safety and sanitation standards
- Organize and maintain storage of all dishware
- Keep up with fast paced high volume kitchen and restaurant
- Comply with applicable Health Codes by ensuring that all eating/cooking utensils are cleaned, maintained and stored properly
- Assist other employees as needed
- Perform all opening and closing duties
- Sanitation and safety compliance
- Maintain attitude and teamwork
- Adhere to all House of Blues and Vinyl Room policies
