Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- six months of experience in a long term care or healthcare environment preferred
- ability to stand, bend, lift, and remain active throughout the shift
- flexibility to work an as-needed (PRN) schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- dependable attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, pots, pans, utensils, food carts, and kitchen equipment
- clean and sanitize resident meal trays and dining service items
- maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dishwashing area throughout each shift
- safely prepare, use, and store cleaning and sanitizing solutions according to facility guidelines
- help maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment that supports food safety standards
- work closely with cooks and the Culinary team to keep kitchen operations running efficiently
- follow infection prevention, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times
