The Porter/Dishwasher role is a vital position within the back of the house that ensures smooth kitchen operations by supporting the culinary team in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. This position involves washing dishes by hand or dishwasher machines, pot washing, and maintaining organized storage and refrigeration areas. The ideal candidate is physically fit to handle lifting up to 50 pounds and staying active on their feet throughout the shift. They must also demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to take detailed directions and feedback. This role offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with a competitive hourly wage of $16.00 to $18.00.
