Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand and exert mobility for up to 5 hours
- Must be able to reach bend stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Minimum one year previous experience as a dishwasher
- Ability to work flexible hours with no guaranteed schedule
- Availability to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Willingness to accept coaching and mentoring
- Must arrive on time in proper uniform prepared to work

Job Duties
- Arrive on time in proper uniform ready to work
- Follow all company safety guidelines including personal standards food quality cleanliness sanitation and hygiene
- Wash hands before and throughout shift and between prepping tasks
- Maintain constant communication with Chef and BOH Leaders
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation cleaning as you go
- Clean dish machine walls shelves floor tools empty food traps and surfaces contacting products during and end of shift
- Use sanitation bucket and sanitize workstation and tools between prep jobs
- Sweep and mop back kitchen regularly
- Exercise care with utensils dishes and equipment to minimize breakage
- Adhere to waste disposal recycling and composting standards
- Maintain a positive attitude towards job team and management
- Perform other related duties as needed
