Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
- basic understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards in a food service setting

- ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils to ensure cleanliness and sanitation
- sort and stack clean dishes and kitchenware in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors, to comply with health and safety regulations
- dispose of trash and recycling materials properly and assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate dishwashing needs during peak hours
