Sunrise at Fleetwood is seeking a reliable and diligent Dishwasher to join their team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, including bistros, private dining rooms, and serveries. The Dishwasher is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services by performing tasks such as washing dishes, pots, and pans, cleaning kitchen equipment, and managing storage and rotation of supplies while adhering to strict food safety and sanitation standards. The Dishwasher will operate dish machines, maintain accurate sanitation logs, and handle janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

The position also offers opportunities for involvement in dining services beyond the core dishwashing responsibilities, including assisting with food preparation, plating, and serving light meals when required.
