The Dishwasher will operate dish machines, maintain accurate sanitation logs, and handle janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and trash removal to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.

The position also offers opportunities for involvement in dining services beyond the core dishwashing responsibilities, including assisting with food preparation, plating, and serving light meals when required. This role is vital in supporting Sunrise’s mission and core values by contributing to an environment where residents feel valued and cared for. The Dishwasher at Sunrise Senior Living is expected to embody teamwork, demonstrate good judgment, and actively participate in community engagement initiatives.

Sunrise Senior Living provides a supportive work culture with numerous benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance plans, retirement savings options, employee assistance and discount programs, paid time off including sick leave and holidays, and flexible pay options such as myFlexPay that allows earning payment shortly after a shift. In addition, tuition reimbursement is available to support career advancement, and eligible employees may receive discretionary or non-discretionary bonuses based on performance. The employer prioritizes health and safety, requiring successful completion of pre-employment screenings and vaccinations where mandated by law.

This full-time position at Sunrise at Fleetwood offers competitive compensation based on location, experience, qualifications, and any relevant certifications. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in a senior care environment and who seek to contribute positively to the lives of seniors within a respected and caring organization.
