The Dish Washer position supports this mission by playing a vital role in the daily operations of the Mkutano House restaurant, an innovative dining concept affiliated with the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance. The Dish Washer's responsibilities include operating dishwashing machines and maintaining cleanliness of kitchenware in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Employment is hourly, part-time, non-exempt, and union-affiliated, with compensation starting at $19.50 per hour. The position is based in Escondido, CA.

In this role, the Dish Washer ensures the safe and effective cleaning of pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen appliances, while adhering to operational guidelines and safety standards. The incumbent will work under the supervision of the retail management team, performing semi-routine tasks that facilitate smooth kitchen operations.
