Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- available to work a part-time evening shift from 12pm to 8pm including every other weekend
- ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- willingness to comply with health and safety regulations
- ability to maintain cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- ability to follow directions and adhere to sanitation standards
- good communication skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- reliability and strong work ethic
Job Duties
- perform light and heavy cleaning duties of all kitchen equipment and wash pots, pans and kitchen utensils
- put away stock as directed in all areas of the kitchen
- complete tasks on daily/weekly sanitation list
- keep department logs current including start/end times, food temperatures, food substitutions, equipment temperatures, sanitation logs and floor stock delivery logs
- establish and maintain courteous relationships with residents, their significant others and facility personnel
