Job Duties

  • operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans

  • dispose of kitchen waste and garbage regularly
  • monitor cleaning supplies and report when restocking is needed
  • follow sanitation and hygiene standards at all times
