We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of part-time Dishwasher. This position is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations. Dishwashers play a critical role in ensuring the kitchen environment is sanitary, organized, and well-stocked, which directly impacts the quality and speed of service provided to customers. The role offers a competitive pay range between $18.50 and $25.40 per hour, depending on experience, along with comprehensive benefits, including store discounts, paid time off, and health and wellness support programs. Eligible team members are also given the chance for base rate increases after their first 90 days, emphasizing our commitment to employee growth.

As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares thoroughly. In addition to that, you will maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen area, ensuring floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves remain clean and organized. You will assist with kitchen deliveries by properly storing and rotating products to meet quality standards. Prompt arrival, professional appearance, and readiness for work during all scheduled shifts are expected to uphold the positive company image. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customers' and team members’ needs timely is also a significant aspect of this role.

The position requires adherence to health and sanitation procedures and performing opening, mid, and closing duties accurately. You will also assist in maximizing sales potential through effective preparation, storage, and merchandising of products. Reporting safety hazards without delay and supporting the leadership team by assuming additional tasks when necessary will be part of your responsibilities. The role demands physical stamina to lift items up to 50 pounds and maintain standing or walking for extended periods in varying work conditions, including exposure to cleaning chemicals. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required, as well as the capability to use tools like knives and electric pallet jacks and perform tasks like ladder use.
