Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machines
- Washes pots, pans and trays following assigned procedures
- Polishes silverware and utensils using appropriate equipment and methods
- Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, kitchen and work areas
- Maintains compliance with safety protocols and chemical level standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors maintaining sanitation and safety standards
- Removes trash and maintains orderly dishwashing area
- Assists with transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Performs other duties as assigned
