Job Requirements
- One year of previous dishwashing experience required
- Availability for part-time work with open availability preferred
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Compliance with company drug-free workplace policies
- Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of previous dishwashing experience
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in foodservice
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in a fast-paced environment

- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate loads
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, and utensils
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine tumblers, chemical dips, buffing wheels, or hand cloths as required
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels according to provided safety and sanitation standards
- Keeps dishwashing area orderly and compliant with safety regulations
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors and washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and manages waste disposal by steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assists in loading and unloading supplies and product
- Performs other duties as assigned
