This company is celebrated for delivering unique dining experiences that blend gastronomic innovation with exemplary service, helping clients create memorable events and satisfying everyday dining needs. With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, Restaurant Associates continues to be a preferred choice for venues that demand excellence in food service.

This part-time Dishwasher position is based in Seattle, WA 98109 and is offered by Restaurant Associates under the auspices of Compass Group, a global leader in foodservice management. As a member of Restaurant Associates, the dishwasher supports the smooth flow of food preparation and service activities, indirectly contributing to the overall dining experience.

Working at Restaurant Associates means becoming part of an award-winning team recognized by Glassdoor’s Employee Choice Awards as one of the Best Places to Work. Employees benefit from a supportive culture that values safety, compliance, and professional development. The company offers extensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and voluntary benefits to assist associates in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

This role also highlights the company’s emphasis on workplace safety by enforcing policies such as the use of cut-resistant gloves when handling knives and protective gloves for hot items, along with slip-resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques. Compliance with these practices ensures a safe work environment for all kitchen staff. Additionally, Restaurant Associates encourages internal referrals through its Employee Referral Bonus program, underscoring the company’s commitment to building a talented workforce.

Candidates interested in this position will find that applying is streamlined through online portals and even via text messaging, reflecting the company’s use of innovative recruiting technologies. While this job requires practical skills and a focus on cleanliness, it also offers opportunities for growth within a well-established organization with a clear vision for excellence in foodservice operations. Restaurant Associates is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusivity in its hiring practices, providing equal consideration based on skills and experience regardless of background.
