As a leading organization within the senior living industry, Oakmont Management Group oversees numerous communities across California, Nevada, and Hawaii, providing exceptional quality, comfort, and care through comprehensive five-star services and amenities. Fountaingrove Lodge exemplifies this commitment by offering residents a rewarding lifestyle supported by personalized care that promotes independence and well-being. The community prides itself on creating meaningful relationships not just with residents but also with their families and team members, fostering a culture centered around essential values such as authenticity, teamwork, compassion, commitment, and resilience. These pillars guide every interaction and service, ensuring that residents experience a supportive and nurturing environment throughout their stay.
The Dishwasher role at Fountaingrove Lodge is critical to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene that the community upholds. This position, typically scheduled for the AM shift over weekends (Saturday-Sunday), requires dedication to keeping dishes and utensils sanitized and properly stored to meet health and safety regulations. Offering an hourly pay range of $18.25 to $19.25, this role suits individuals who are meticulous, hardworking, and passionate about contributing to a positive living experience for seniors. The Dishwasher works closely with the kitchen staff, helping prepare the dish room before meal services, transporting dishes, washing and sanitizing utensils, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including responsibilities such as breaking down the kitchen post-meal and managing general sanitation tasks like cleaning sinks, drains, and steam tables.
Beyond the core tasks, the Dishwasher plays a part in fostering a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, always following established safety standards. Cooperation and teamwork are highly valued, with expectations for the Dishwasher to interact courteously with colleagues across departments, promoting a unified workplace aimed at exceptional service delivery. The role also involves responding thoughtfully and professionally to resident concerns, helping reinforce the community’s welcoming and compassionate atmosphere. This position offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to grow within a supportive and well-established senior living management company, with portable benefits and career development across multiple locations.
