Job Description
Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is a leading provider in the food and nutrition services industry, primarily serving healthcare facilities, long-term care centers, and senior living communities. With a deep commitment to delivering exceptional services, HCSG is dedicated to enhancing the daily lives of residents and patients through nutritious meal preparation, safe food handling, and a supportive dining experience. The company values excellence, innovation, and community impact, making it a trusted partner in the healthcare sector. HCSG operates with a focus on both customer satisfaction and employee development, ensuring a productive and positive work environment for all its team members.
The Dishwasher role at HCSG is a vital position within our long-term care facilities. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Dishwashers ensure that all dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized in compliance with food safety standards, contributing directly to the health and well-being of residents and guests. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a positive attitude, supporting the overall kitchen staff and operations. It is a hands-on, entry-level role that serves as the backbone of kitchen hygiene and operations. Working at HCSG as a Dishwasher offers not only the chance to be part of a compassionate team but also the opportunity to develop valuable skills in food safety and kitchen operations. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety policies, including COVID-19 vaccination compliance and ServSafe certification where applicable. If you are motivated, able to perform physical tasks, and interested in making a positive difference in a healthcare setting, this position is an excellent opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the care community.
