Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move product/equipment 15-50 lbs. frequently
- regularly stands, bends, and performs repetitive movements during work shift
- able to work in a 24/7, 365-day environment
- reliable attendance
- must obtain food handler card if not already possessed
- ability to follow English instructions
- must be flexible with schedule changes
Job Qualifications
- Previous airline catering or production assembly work preferred
- must have a current food handler card or be able to successfully obtain one within 30 days of hire
- able to follow written and spoken instructions provided in English
- effective communication with supervisors and co-workers
- reliable attendance and ability to work overtime on occasion
- flexible with shift and day off changes as needs arise
Job Duties
- Assembles food components according to airline specifications, boarding check-sheets and assembly diagrams
- keeps production areas in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- handles various allergen products such as cooked pork, poultry, beef, fish, dairy, nuts
- completes activity logs including temperature, sanitizing, waste, equipment breakage logs
- maintains cleanliness and organization in the production area
