This position is for a Dishwasher at the Santa Monica Place Din Tai Fung restaurant. The role is essential to maintaining the high hygiene and operational standards that Din Tai Fung is known for. Dishwashers at this location are responsible for ensuring all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are hygienically cleaned using the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher. Beyond washing dishes, Dishwashers contribute to the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant by managing trash disposal in accordance with property regulations, unloading deliveries, and assisting with various supporting functions critical to daily operations.
