Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- must be able to lift 25 pounds
- ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties
- Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests
- cleans inside of the restaurant for a safe and pleasant environment
- cleans outside areas including parking lot
- checks, cleans, and stocks restrooms
- empties trash into dumpster and maintains cleanliness in dumpster, trash cans and back dock area
- thoroughly cleans and organizes utility area
- stocks cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
- maintains excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
- brings equipment and facility issues to manager's attention
- follows local health department laws
- executes duties following just-in-time delivery principles
