Job Duties

  • Provides clean, sparkling silverware and dishes to guests
  • cleans inside of the restaurant for a safe and pleasant environment
  • cleans outside areas including parking lot
  • checks, cleans, and stocks restrooms
  • empties trash into dumpster and maintains cleanliness in dumpster, trash cans and back dock area
  • thoroughly cleans and organizes utility area
  • stocks cook, line, and server areas with appropriate glasses, silverware, and dishes
  • maintains excellent organization, speed, and cleanliness
  • brings equipment and facility issues to manager's attention
  • follows local health department laws
  • executes duties following just-in-time delivery principles
