Job Requirements
- no high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- no prior work experience required
- no supervisory experience
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- willingness to follow safety procedures and report hazards
- availability for on-call work
- effective communication skills
- ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and trash compactors
- wash and disinfect kitchen, storage areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishables, and rotate stock
- use detergent and sanitizing chemicals in three-compartment sink to clean dishes
- inspect, pull, and stack cleaned items and resend soiled items for re-washing
- rack and spray items with hot water to remove food residue
- sort, soak, wash, and re-wash silverware
- breakdown dirty bus tubs and maintain trashcans and dumpster areas
- clean and mop all assigned department areas
- dispose of glass and recyclables properly
- follow company safety and security policies and report issues promptly
- develop and maintain positive working relationships
- support team goals
- lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- perform other job duties as requested by supervisors
