Inspecting, pulling, and stacking cleaned items while identifying those needing re-washing is part of the quality control process. The role involves racking and spraying items with hot water to effectively remove food residue, washing and re-washing silverware, and breaking down bus tubs. Maintaining cleanliness in trashcans and dumpster areas, along with mopping and cleaning assigned department areas, are critical duties. Proper disposal of glass and recyclable materials like cardboard contributes to the hotel's environmentally-responsible operations.
