Job Requirements
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment including dishwashing machines and compactors
- knowledge of sanitation and cleaning protocols
- ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform bending and reaching movements for prolonged periods
- adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- eligibility to work in the United States
- willingness to perform tasks as assigned by supervisors

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashing machine, hand-washing stations, pot scrubber, and trash compactor
- wash and sanitize kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishable goods properly, and rotate stock
- ensure clean dishes are stored in the appropriate areas
- use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents in a three-compartment sink to wash dishes
- inspect, remove, stack clean items, and send dirty items back for re-washing
- place all items on racks and apply hot water spray to loosen and remove food residues
- sort, soak, and wash or rewash cutlery
- sort and separate containers for dirty items
- empty trash bins and maintain trash disposal area
- clean and mop all assigned areas
- discard glass in proper containers
- break down cardboard boxes and other recyclables and place them in recycling containers
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report accidents, injuries, and hazardous working conditions to the manager
- complete safety training and certifications
- protect company assets
- communicate clearly and professionally with others
- develop and maintain positive work relationships and support the team to achieve common goals
- ensure compliance with quality standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- reach overhead and below knees, bend, twist, and stoop
- perform other reasonable work tasks as assigned by supervisors
