OVG operates seven world-class owned venues and collaborates with some of the most iconic arenas, stadiums, convention centers, music festivals, performing arts centers, and cultural institutions worldwide, spanning four continents. With a commitment to innovation and excellence, OVG delivers exceptional experiences to millions of guests while supporting artists, partners, and communities.
The Dishwasher position at Oak View Group plays a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards that support the company’s commitment to premium live entertainment experiences. This role involves washing and sanitizing all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares used during events. The Dishwasher ensures that all items are free from contamination, allowing safe reuse in ongoing operations. The role demands high attention to sanitation practices and adherence to policy guidelines, including the implementation of Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) criteria and Food and Beverage policies. This is a part-time, hourly role with a competitive pay range of $13.00 to $16.00 per hour, reflecting the vital support it provides to the larger operation.
In addition to core dishwashing duties, the role requires maintaining organized and clean work areas including trash removal and upkeep of loading and receiving zones. After cleaning, the Dishwasher stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils, and pans for easy access by kitchen and service staff. This role is essential in ensuring that all food service areas and equipment are sanitized and prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations. The employee must be available to work scheduled events and maintain excellent attendance to support the dynamic nature of live entertainment venues.
Oak View Group values teamwork, diversity, and a cooperative work environment, and the Dishwasher role offers opportunities for individuals to contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced, event-driven setting. Candidates who are detail-oriented, physically capable of performing duties such as bending, reaching, and lifting heavy objects, and possess clear communication skills are ideal for this position. Possession of valid food handling certificates and alcohol service permits, where required, is expected.
Part-time employees in this role also benefit from OVG’s 401(k) Savings Plan and company matching, underscoring the company’s commitment to supporting its workforce. The position remains open until August 28, 2026, providing ample opportunity for interested applicants to join a dynamic team dedicated to live entertainment excellence.
