Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Effective communication skills with employees, co-workers, management and guests
- Valid food handling certificate if required by state or federal regulations
- Reliable attendance and availability to work scheduled events
- Ability to maintain high sanitation standards
- Familiarity with M.S.D.S. guidelines and food safety policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere helpful
- High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with employees, co-workers, management and guests
- Possess valid food handling certificate if required by state or federal regulations
Job Duties
- Ensures highest sanitation levels for all used items
- Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria and food safety policies
- Removes trash and maintains loading and receiving areas
- Stocks plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning
- Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment
