The Dishwasher role at Oak View Group is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards essential to hospitality services within their entertainment venues. This position is hourly paid, ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, and offers part-time employment with benefits such as a 401(k) savings plan and matching contributions. The Dishwasher ensures all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment, and small wares are washed and sanitized thoroughly to uphold safety and hygiene protocols. Employees in this role must be prepared to maintain excellent attendance and be available to work scheduled events based on business needs. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in food service or similar environment is preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting
  • Possession of valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere is helpful
  • High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented fast-paced event-driven environment
  • Ability to communicate with employees co-workers management staff and guests in a clear business-like and respectful manner that focuses on generating a positive enthusiastic and cooperative work environment
  • Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations

Job Duties

  • Ensures highest sanitation levels for all items previously used so that they may be used again in clean condition free of any contamination risk
  • Utilizes and implements M.S.D.S. criteria food and product safety and food and beverage policies and procedures
  • Removes all trash and maintains loading and receiving areas in safe and clean condition
  • Stocks plates glasses pots utensils and pans after cleaning
  • Cleans and sanitizes all food service areas and equipment
