The Dishwasher role at Greenleaf Kitchen & Cocktails is integral to ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position is vital in supporting the kitchen team by keeping dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized, which directly affects the overall guest experience and operational success.\n\nThe Dishwasher at Mission Yogurt is expected to work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. This role requires the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and to uphold the company’s safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies rigorously. Job Requirements

  • Able to work with minimal direction and oversight
  • Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices
  • Nights and Sunday availability
  • Must be able to work on feet for up to 12 hours
  • Able to lift products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand, bend, stoop, twist, reach overhead, and perform repetitive hand and wrist motion

Job Duties

  • Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, food preparation equipment, and/or utensils using mechanical dishwashers or by hand
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • Take direction as instructed by the Executive Chef and/or BOH/Kitchen Manager
  • Embody and promote consistency and efficiency in sanitization and safety standards
  • Nights & Sunday availability
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
