Legends Global is currently seeking dedicated Dishwashers to join their team at the New Highmark Stadium, located in Buffalo, NY. This stadium, opening for the 2026 NFL season, will be the new home of the Buffalo Bills and is recognized as the largest construction project in Western New York's history. Equipped with cutting-edge technology designed to enhance the fan experience, the New Highmark Stadium promises to be a state-of-the-art venue for sports and entertainment.

The Dishwasher role is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation standards required in a fast-paced, dynamic stadium environment. The primary responsibility is to ensure that all kitchenware, utensils, and food preparation areas remain clean and sanitized, supporting the overall efficiency and hygiene of the kitchen operations. The physical demands of this role are considerable. Dishwashers will be required to stand, twist, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions consistently throughout their shift. They must be able to work in all weather conditions and contend with exposure to loud noises and varied temperatures. The ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds is also necessary. Overall, the role demands both physical stamina and a strong attention to detail to maintain the highest sanitation protocols and compliance with health regulations.
