Job Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain adequate supplies of clean service ware and kitchen equipment throughout service
- Inspect all items to ensure they meet cleanliness and sanitation standards before returning them to service
- Properly dispose of trash, recycling, and food waste throughout each shift
- Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, walls, workstations, sinks, shelving, and storage areas
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding work areas
