- Food Handler's Card (Maricopa County only)
- Must be able to follow directions easily
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to lift and move heavy kitchen items
- Willingness to perform various cleaning tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible schedules
Job Qualifications
- Food Handler's Card (Maricopa County only)
- Must be able to follow directions easily
- Ability to manually wash dishes and operate dishwashing machines
- Attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping and mopping
- Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Washing dishes including working with dishwashing machine and manually washing dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils etc
- Responsible for putting clean dishes away in appropriate storage area
- Cleaning kitchen, freezer, shelves, storage and spills in kitchen
- Empty trash in dish room and kitchen areas as needed and at the end of each shift
- Sweeping and mopping dish room and back kitchen at the end of each shift once the entire dish area is free of dirty dishes and machine and stainless-steel area wiped clean and dry
- Putting away received orders
- Assisting kitchen staff with miscellaneous duties as needed
