Job Duties
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, glassware, utensils, and other kitchen equipment
- Inspect and sort dishes before washing
- Dry and store cleaned items in designated locations
- Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area
- Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces and floors
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
- Assist with food prep tasks when not washing dishes
