Red Lobster is currently seeking a Dishwasher/Utility team member for their restaurant locations. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficient operation of the kitchen and dining areas. As a Dishwasher/Utility employee, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, ensuring that the kitchen is stocked and sanitary at all times. You will operate dishwashing machines and other kitchen equipment safely and correctly. Additionally, this role involves emptying trash from various areas, supporting kitchen staff by assisting with food prep including preparation of the signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and maintaining overall cleanliness and safety protocols.

The position demands physical stamina as it requires bending, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds safely, standing for extended periods, and moving around the restaurant during an 8 to 12-hour shift. Culinary experience is preferred but not mandatory, emphasizing a team-player mindset with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
