Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior experience required but preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils
- maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas clean
- ensure equipment is clean and in working condition and report any issues to management
- perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks
- maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers
- adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
- ensure security of company assets
