Job Duties
- Follow the opening and closing procedures of the daily cafe operation
- ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation area including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, preparation slicers, tables and floors
- clean and sanitize all pots and pans for use in the cafe
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- ensure proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of service area
- greet customers courteously and interact professionally
- prioritize tasks and solve problems with a customer first mentality
