Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs placing items above and below head height
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift
- Occasionally push and pull to move equipment, mops, and brooms
- Exposed to variable temperatures

- Capacity to work cooperatively with others

Job Duties
- Use hands or dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items ensuring all sanitizer levels meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping kitchen wares storage organized
- Remove trash from dish room and transport it to dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
