Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience helpful but not required
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Must be at least 18 years old to operate some equipment

Job Duties
- Use machine operated dishwasher to wash all dishware, utensils, cooking equipment, and other tools used by team members
- Deploy three compartment sink if dishwashing equipment malfunctions
- Maintain appropriate chemical levels to operate equipment
- Move with a sense of urgency, follow team instruction to prioritize dishes to execute prep and service
- Restock clean dishware in the kitchen
- Follow Health Department regulations and practice health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Keep a clean and organized work station
