As a Chili's Heart of House Team Member, you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation and pace of the restaurant during each shift. This position is fundamental in ensuring that the kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked to support both the front of house and back of house teams. In this role, you will be responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and other cooking equipment, ensuring all tools necessary for food preparation and service are ready and safe to use. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dish room and related equipment. Given the high-volume nature of Chili’s dining environment, being able to work quickly and efficiently is essential to keep up with the restaurant’s fast pace and demanding shifts. You will require flexibility to work some weekends and holidays, which are typically busy periods for the restaurant.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
