The role of Kitchen Team Member, affectionately referred to as the Heart of House at Chili's, is instrumental in maintaining the rhythm and efficiency of the kitchen during every shift. Team Members in this position are responsible for delivering dependable and fast service that reflects the brand's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. The core duties involve washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment to ensure that the kitchen operates seamlessly and maintains high standards of cleanliness and organization.
