As a Heart of House Team Member, you are responsible for setting the pace during shifts by supporting the kitchen and dining room operations. Your key responsibilities include washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment, ensuring that dish room and equipment are kept clean and organized, and working quickly to keep up with the fast pace of the restaurant and team. You will often be required to work some shifts on weekends and holidays, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant during peak times.
