This part-time Dishwasher position is located at Leatherby's Restaurant in Costa Mesa, California. The role is vital to the restaurant’s smooth operation and exceptional guest service. Dishwashers are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and on food and beverage serving equipment. By ensuring all dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and flatware are impeccably clean, this role directly supports a safe and pleasant dining experience for guests.

Dishwashers at Leatherby’s play a collaborative role within the kitchen team, contributing to a well-organized and efficient work environment. Responsibilities include operating dishwashing machines, hand washing as necessary, maintaining sanitizer levels to meet health standards, storing clean items correctly, and keeping the work areas tidy and sanitary. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role. Physical stamina is required as the job involves standing, walking, bending, carrying up to 60 pounds, and working in varying temperatures.

The pay range for this position is competitive at $21.00 - $22.00 per hour.
