We are currently seeking motivated and hardworking Dishwashers/Lavaplatos to join our team. This is a full-time position, primarily covering weekends and the night shift, offering competitive pay ranging from $17 to $19 per hour alongside comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance. As a Dishwasher at Hai Hospitality, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of our kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- must be able to communicate with guests and other employees effectively

- lift and carry trays, dishes, equipment, and goods up to 50 lbs, stock inventory, and perform restocking duties
- must have the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- bend, stoop, and reach to access various areas and items
- ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- ability to work in a variety of temperatures, both hot and cold
- lift, push, or pull objects such as tables and chairs to reconfigure seating arrangements
- ability to use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, such as ovens, grills, and knives
- maintain a neat and organized workspace, including proper storage of supplies and cleaning of surfaces
- move quickly and efficiently to respond to customer needs

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- Assist with restocking kitchen supplies and inventory
- Lift and carry trays, dishes, and equipment up to 50 lbs
- Comply with safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
