The role offered focuses on the crucial support within the kitchen and dish room operations, with an emphasis on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Primary responsibilities include washing dishes, pots, pans, and glasses, maintaining sanitary trash bin conditions, ensuring proper waste disposal, and keeping floors clear of spills and debris. Attention to sanitation and safety standards, such as those upheld by Koko’s Bavarian, is paramount. The successful candidate will maintain the organization and storage of dishware and kitchen tools, ensuring all items are rotated properly, and will assist with opening and closing duties. This position demands a high level of physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move items weighing up to 40 pounds using proper techniques.
