Job Duties
- Complete opening and closing checklists as well as daily and weekly cleaning tasks
- Efficiently clean dishes and kitchen items while adhering to quality and safety standards
- Consistently comply with established rules, policies, and procedures
- Properly handle, store, and rotate all products
- Keep work area clean and sanitary, including tables, shelves, walls, ovens, and refrigeration equipment
- Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas as needed to maintain restaurant operations
- Attend all scheduled employee meetings and share valuable suggestions for improvement
- Promptly report any equipment issues and food quality concerns to the manager
- Immediately inform the manager of any product shortages
- Perform additional duties as needed at the direction of the manager on duty
